Seasonal Kettle Rice Kaiseki "Hachi"
A 7-dish seasonal summer kaiseki featuring fragrant kettle rice cooked tableside. Okumikawa chicken wing karaage, eel simmered yanagawa-style, and Pure Cochin tsukune layer the flavours of summer, finishing with a kettle rice of chopped grilled conger eel and edamame. A summer evening wrapped in the aroma of freshly cooked rice. Our recommended standard course for banquets and social gatherings of 20 or more.
