Phone lines are normally staffed 14:00–23:00, except Mondays. If we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and enquiry. We will return your call as soon as we receive your message.
On Fridays, Saturdays and the evenings before public holidays, the banquet hall requires at least 25 guests. See the basic information on our homepage for the usual capacity and rooms and facilities for seating options.
Cakes, bouquets, prizes and similar items are welcome if you let us know in advance. Please consult us before bringing drinks. Call us to confirm the details.
Everyone in your party must order a course. Course bookings outside the private rooms are accepted from two guests.
Please tell us about any allergies when you book. We will accommodate them where possible, but our kitchen uses chicken, eggs and wheat extensively, so complete removal may not be possible. Please call us to discuss your needs.
Families with children are welcome. We do not have a dedicated children’s menu, but we can discuss partial changes to a course. We recommend a private or semi-private room.
We do not offer regular lunch service. Daytime meals and parties may be arranged as advance-booked banquets or private hire. See the hours on our homepage.
There is no dress code; casual clothes are welcome. Hotel guests are kindly asked not to enter in room wear or yukata.
Monday is normally our regular closing day. We may be able to accommodate a private banquet or event; please contact us to discuss your plans.
